The Jack E4 series of overlock sewing machines was designed to provide fast, smooth, vibration free sewing at any speed. The E4 is a completely sealed unit with closed circuit oiling and oil proof needle bar to eliminate costly oil stains on fabrics. The coaxial shaft driven by the integrated direct drive motor produces less vibration and noise creating the perfect serging at any speed. The powerful motor is capable of sewing lightweight to heavyweight fabrics.
Work Smarter
The Jack E4 was designed on the same all steel chassis as the rest of the Jack lineup and driven by the coaxial direct drive AC servo motor, the E4 is full of features not found on competitively priced machines.
Simplified Control
The Jack E4 features a simplified control panel that allows the operator to adjust sewing speed to suit their experience level.
Improved Workspace
The Jack E4 has one of the largest workspaces allowing for 27mm of clearance for fabrics to easily feed through the machine. In addition the E4 features our newly designed needlebar which has been improved over our competitors designs to prevent oil leakage on fabrics.
Direct Drive
No complicated motors or belts to deal with; the Jack A4 comes equipped with an integrated AC servo motor. The servo motor is mated to the machine head by a proprietary coaxial shaft that reduces vibration and noise; this allows the user to perform consistent seams at any speed.
Versatile
The Jack E4 features an improved feeding device that allows the machine to sew more evenly a wide variety of materials with little to no adjustment of thread tension.
Modern Design
The Jack Sewing Machine Co. LTD, lineup of machines have all undergone design updates improving not only functionality but aesthetics. In addition to the redesigned machine head, the heavy duty table and stand have all undergone updates as well. Each machine ships as a complete set.
