Parts

Most parts orders ship via US Mail or UPS at a flat rate of $8.95. This flat rate applies to small boxes not exceeding 6” x 6” x 6” and not weighing more than 5 lbs. For any packages larger or heavier the rate will be calculated based on the actual size and weight of the package. This policy only applies to packages shipped to the contiguous 48 states. Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska and Canada will be quoted based on size and weight. If expedited shipping is needed, please call to place your order and we will let you know if we can accommodate faster shipping speeds.

Home Sewing Machines

Home sewing machines will be shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground at no charge to the contiguous 48 states. Shipping rates on home sewing machines going to Hawaii, Alaska and Canada will be quoted based on size and weight. If expedited shipping is needed, please call to place your order and we will let you know if we can accommodate faster shipping speeds.

Industrial Equipment

For all industrial equipment, including but not limited to industrial sewing machines, sewing machine stands, tables, motors, irons and boilers, presses, leather cutting and embossing equipment, etc., shipping will be calculated by weight and dimensions. Most industrial equipment must be shipped on a pallet via common carrier. Shipments made with common carrier will be curbside delivery unless otherwise requested and verified at the time of purchase. If you purchase any industrial equipment through the website, a team member will contact you with shipping information and pricing before the order is completed.

Returns Policy

Returns on any item will only be accepted due to a manufacturer defect and only after speaking with our team to get a return authorization. If you feel your item is defective, please call or email us. We will work very hard with you, our customers, to make sure you get accurate information about any and all items offered on our website.
