Our goal is complete customer satisfaction.

For a full refund or exchange:

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason:

1. Call us at (800) 544-5858 to obtain a return authorization number.
2. Pack the item in its original condition in the original manufacturer's packaging.
3. Ship it back to us within seven days of receipt.

Returns without a return authorization number are subject to a 15% restocking fee or refusal.

Exception:

Vacuum cleaner bags and parts, sewing machine parts, software, and literature may not be returned.

Shipping price policy:

• $8.95 shipping and handling charge.
• Extra charge applies for machinery over 40 lbs or products that need special crating and to items shipped outside the continental US. (Fully assembled industrial sewing machines require special crating.)
• We do not pay for shipping to the consumer or back to us.
